Monique Mehta is the founder and principal of Monique Consults LLC. Through Monique Consults LLC, Monique offers executive coaching, organizational development and design, talent development, and many other services to private foundations, family foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Monique cares deeply about racial, gender, and social justice and much of her career has been focused on supporting leaders, nonprofits, and foundations at the center of movements for change.
Executive Coaching Services: For a limited time, Monique is offering low-cost coaching services to leaders and staff of nonprofit organizations. Prospective new clients start with a 30min introductory call to align on goals and process for coaching. Each new client receives one free session to start the coaching relationship. From October-December 2025, coaching will be offered for a nominal fee of $25 per session. Starting in January 2026, clients are welcome to continue with the coaching relationship at a standard coaching fee (unless otherwise negotiated).
